Cancellation Policy
You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 45 days to the conference. No further changes will be allowed after that..
Postponement
If conference postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to [email protected] Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
Visa Information
Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues can come under consideration of cancellation policy and can get full refund with bank transfer fees, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Refund Policy
Refund policy: At Intelli Global Conferences, we want you to be satisfied with your registration. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
✅ Full Refund Period
Within 7 Days of Registration:
- Request a 100% full refund within 7 days of your registration purchase
- No questions asked
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretariat.

- Include: Registration ID, Full Name, Reason for cancellation
- Response Time: Within 24-48 hours
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
Note: Bank service charges and transaction fees for refunds are borne by the participant.
Refund Schedule
90+ days before conference
Cancellation charges will be, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 90 days to the conference
45+ days before conference
50% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 45 days to the conference.
45+ days before conference
No refunds will be granted between the duration of 45 days to the conference
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective conference secretariat.
Refund fee will be made after the conference. All bank service charges, including transitional bank commission for cancellation refunds, must be covered by the participants/applicants.
Transfers
Transfer to Another Person
- Allowed: Up to 45 days before conference

- Original registrant details
- New attendee full name, title, email, phone
- Organization name (must be same organization)
- Fee: No charge for transfers
- Note: Transferred registrations are not eligible for refund
Transfer to Another Conference
- Allowed: Up to 21 days before original conference

- Restrictions: Must use credit within 12 months
- Note: Transferred registrations are not eligible for refund
Transfer Limitations
- For Person Transfer Allowed only up to 45 days before conference
- For Conference Transfer Allowed only up to 21 days before conference
Force Majeure & Natural Disasters
Cancellation policy in the events of natural disasters/calamities:
Events Beyond Our Control:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue emergencies
Your Options:
- Transfer to rescheduled date
- Transfer credit to another conference
- Request refund
Not Covered:
- Personal travel issues (cancelled flights, visa denials)
- Personal emergencies unrelated to event cancellation
Important: Visa application issues do not qualify for refund. We recommend applying for visas immediately after registration.
Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates/attendees that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.
Organizer Rights
The Organizers will have the right to cancel/postpone the conference during natural disasters/calamities. In this case, the Scientific conferences will provide opportunity for the registered delegates/attendees to transfer their registration fee to any future/related Scientific conferences.
Intelli Global Conferences is not liable for:
- Personal injuries during the conference
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Travel expenses if event is cancelled
- Accommodation costs
Postponement

- Option 1: Attend on rescheduled dates
- Option 2: Receive 100% credit for another event (valid 1 year)
