The 6th Global Summit on Nursing Education and Public Health 2027, hosted by Intelli Meetings, will be held on August 17, 2026, in Virtual (online).
Under the theme “Educating for Impact: Advancing Nursing Practice toStrengthen Public Health,” the summit will bring together nurses, healthcare professionals, nursing educators, researchers, academics, policymakers, and public health experts from around the world.
The summit will provide a dynamic platform for sharing innovative research, emerging practices, educational advancements, and global healthcare strategies. Through keynote presentations, oral and poster sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will explore new approaches to strengthening nursing practice and improving public health outcomes.
Our goal is to foster knowledge exchange, professional development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and international partnerships, empowering healthcare professionals to address current and future challenges in nursing and public health.

Kevin KF Ng
Dr.
Division of Clinical Pharmacology
Dr. Kevin KF Ng, a distinguished pharmacologist, began his career in Singapore in 1963. His early research uncovered emetine’s neuronal blocking effects, earning him an MD in 1967. Working with Nobel Laureate Sir John R. Vane, he discovered angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) in the lungs and an ACE inhibitor in snake venom, paving the way for ACE inhibitors. He received his PhD from the University of London in 1968. After moving to the U.S. in 1981, he conducted over 150 clinical trials. Since 2008, he has focused on “Food as Medicine,” and “Adaptive Medicine.”

Alzeena Khan, BSN, RN, is a Director of Nursing with more than ten years of healthcare experience specializing in gerontology, long-term care, post-acute rehabilitation, and nursing leadership. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). In addition to her leadership role, she serves as a theory and clinical instructor for multiple nursing programs, mentoring future nurses through classroom and hands-on clinical education. Her professional interests include nursing workforce development, public health, healthy aging, quality improvement, and advancing nursing practice through innovative education and leadership.

Shaun Creary-Walker

Dr. Shaun Creary-Walker, DNP, MSN Ed., BSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is the Dean of the Practical Nursing Program at Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology and the Founder and Program Administrator of NurseEdge Training Solutions LLC. With extensive experience in nursing education, curriculum development, accreditation, and healthcare leadership, she is dedicated to preparing the next generation of nurses through innovative, evidence-based teaching strategies. Her professional interests include simulation, competency-based education, NCLEX success, faculty development, and advancing health equity through nursing education. Dr. Creary-Walker’s work focuses on transforming nursing education to improve healthcare outcomes globally.

Nawale Janati
Nurse Specialist
Chelsea and Westminster NHS trust, United Kingdom
Nawale is a Digital Cardiac Nurse Specialist based at West Middlesex Hospital, and her work covers the AF Virtual Ward in collaboration with the Remote Monitoring Team and Lead Consultant with the aim of looking after, developing and reviewing a management plan for these patients. She also covers the Arrhythmia Clinic and she is working towards becoming an Arrhythmia Specialist Nurse. The hybrid approach she has been able to witness and practice while caring for patients is something that has always fascinated her. Before covering the role of Digital Cardiac Nurse Specialist, Nawale has worked and contributed to service improvements within the Cardiac Catheter Lab as part of a wider team. She is passionate about mental health and staff well-being and became a Mental Health First Aider for her department. Beyond her full-time job, she also produces social media content to support nurses finding fulfilment in their career and preventing burnout.

Dr. Donna Wald is a leader in integrative healing practices as a Reiki Master, Higher Brain Living Facilitator, and Biofield Healing Practitioner. She believes medicine must include the mind, body, and spirit for one to heal. She served as Region 3 Chairperson for Health Reform, authorized and administered the Community Health Education grant, co-chaired the Ethics Committee of the Montana Addictions Association, and served on the boards of the Montana Mental Health and Rural Nursing Associations. She was Director of Nursing Services, Parish Nurse, and Hospice Nurse Supervisor. She has a Master's in Counseling and is a Chemical Dependency/Family Counselor.
